Ashleigh started out playing music with her family when she was young. While attending Berklee College of Music in Boston she had the opportunity to hone her bass skills while discovering her love of songwriting. She has performed live on XM radio, The Kennedy Center in Washington DC, The Berklee Performance Center and in countless bars and clubs in New England, Colorado's Front Range, and all over the South East. Joined by her sister, Jessica Weatherly, this group has unparalleled family harmonies, in addition to the masterful instrumentals of Banjoist, James Weatherly, and Mandolinlist, Matt Purinton. While rooted in tradition, Ashleigh Caudill & Narrow Gauge bring a fresh, young, and energetic perspective to the music, drawing in traditionalists and new listeners alike.
